What You’ll Be Doing Working alongside the Director and sales team to manage and nurture active buyer relationships Attending open homes and inspections as a key point of contact for buyers Acting as a match-maker , connecting buyers with suitable properties based on their needs Proactively following up enquiries, feedback and buyer interest Identifying initiatives to increase buyer engagement and overall activity Supporting negotiations and the sales process through strong communication and organisation What You’ll Bring A strong people focus and the confidence to build rapport with buyers at every stage of their journey; Clear, professional communication skills and a proactive approach to follow-up; A sales-oriented mindset, with the initiative to drive buyer engagement and activity; Reliability, energy and a solid work ethic suited to a fast-paced, performance-driven environment; A genuine interest in building a long-term career in real estate; A current Certificate of Registration (or willing to obtain one asap); and A valid driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle.
